CWP Programs

Educational Resources:

High School Curriculum

The Project has established a collaborative relationship with Amnesty International's Education Program to develop an educational resource to be accompanied by the Crimes of War book. Amnesty International will publish the resource, which is geared towards high school students and slated for initial testing in Fall 2001.

Journalism Schools
Training grounds for the rising generation of reporters, "J-schools" represent an ideal place to raise awareness of the law and the dynamics of modern armed conflicts. The Project serves as a curricular and practical resource for educators and students alike, through web and printed materials, conferences, symposia, and training activities.

Video

In collaboration with Ilan Ziv, an award winning documentary producer whose films include Safe Haven, about the UN's role in the fall of Srebrenica and Yellow Wasps, which chronicles the activities of a Serbian paramilitary unit operating in Bosnia in 1992, and Mandy Jacobson, producer of the award-winning documentary, Calling the Ghosts, the Crimes of War Project has produced a half-hour video to be used for educational purposes at meetings and seminars on the key elements of international law and war coverage.
