The International Committee of the Red Cross
This site contains information about their operations and other activities, as well as a complete database of the texts of international humanitarian law treaties, commentaries, and lists of ratifications.

People on War
"People on War is a worldwide project that intends to increase awareness around the world of the rules that already exist for people's protection in wartime and to encourage discussion of humanitarian law in the context of modern-day conflict. It has been designed to involve those who have experience of war."

United Nations
The section on International Law contains ratification information on hundreds of treaties, including UN-sponsored weapons treaties. There are also links to the official sites for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), and the International Criminal Court (ICC).
