While
you correctly note in the article "Apparent Violations of Int'l
Law During Israeli Actions in the West Bank" that acts of terror
against civilians constitute a clear violation of int'l law, the
title does not express this fact and therefore, presents an unbalanced
view.

Thanks for an otherwise brave article, however, I am wondering why
you consider Israeli violations to be "apparent" and "alleged"
while calling Palestinian violations "clear." I also note
that you use the term "terrorist," only when referring
to Palestinians. This seems rather odd, especially considering the
sheer volume and severity of Israeli violations against the civilian
population and the abundance of eyewitness reports (even from international
human rights bodies) that Israeli soldiers are systematically perpetrating
these atrocities in territory that is, according to international
law, illegally occupied. I suspect all wars involve crimes, but
should we disproportionately blame the victims?

A simple
question
why do you not report both sides of the story?
